Learn to Make a Summer Charcuterie Platter for fun or to plan your Thanksgiving spread! Whether you are celebrating friends or family, join us for a fun interactive class.
- Includes all foods needed to assemble a Fall Themed Charcuterie Platter
- Take Home Box + Sweet Treat + Artisan Jam made with Copper Compass Rum
- Class begins at 5:30 pm EST and will last approximately 90 minutes.
Teaching Concepts:
- Salami Rose
- Salami Chain
- Cheese Ball Shaping
- Cheese Fanning
- Prosciutto Ribbons
- Fruit/Veggie Art
- Arranging & Knife skills
Class Platter Contents:
2-3 Meats (Selections may vary: ex. Prosciutto, Salami, Pepperoni etc)
2-3 Cheeses ( Selections may vary: ex. Manchego, Cheddar, Brie)
Accompaniments (Selections may vary crackers, fruit, vegetables, hummus, dip, caramel, honey, and/or jam)
Sweet Treat (selection may vary): Chocolate, macarons, cookie, cake slice/jar/cakelet etc

Tickets are Non Refundable due to the nature of this event, but arrangements can be made for you to pick up your workshop materials with 48 hours notice.
